GNSB is led by Managing Consultant, Tan Kheng Hua. An experienced Executive Search Consultant and Talent Management practitioner. She works with multinationals, conglomerates and local businesses to recruit top management and C-level decision makers.

With a strong track record of delivering, she has a consistent 90% closure rate on all her previous engagements, she brings her solution-based, entrepreneurial mindset and big-picture thinking to close difficult and challenging searches in key business critical positions.

Before venturing out to build her own Boutique Practice, she was a former Managing Consultant with Leading Global Executive Search firm, KornFerry, where she played a hands-on role in driving the Search Business in Malaysia and the Region.

Her market segment exposure includes Global Technology Market, Global Consumer Market and Global Financial Market.
Prior to being a Managing Consultant at KornFerry, she was with a contingent search firm specializing in commercial positions for the consumer sector.
Having worked across Consumer and Technology, coupled with a keen interest in the space, she is also well versed in the Digital industry with a number of successful senior placements in the field.

Kheng Hua graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Food Science from Cardiff Metropolitan University, United Kingdom.
